I am running WinXP Pro. When I right-click on "My
Computer" I have an additional item titled -

javascript:document.location='http://sexmaxx.com/freegalle
ries.htm';}

Where is this defined and how do I get rid of it?

If the context entry is seen only for My Computer (and not for folders), open Registry Editor and navigate to:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell
Backup the key by exporting it. Spot the unwanted entry from the sub-keys and delete it

See: How to backup the Windows XP Registry?:

Then, run a scan using Ad-Aware (www.lavasoftusa.com).
