Well... I'd say DON'T.

Table datasheets are of VERY limited utility. You'll quickly find that
(even with lookup fields and subdatasheets) they will be hard to use
and confusing.

Instead, create a Form based on your "one" side table, and use the
Toolbox Subform Wizard to create a Subform based on the "many" side
table.
