Adding workgroup computers

Hi,
I have a problem in that I can see that I am connected on my network but I
cannot add other workgroup computers to the network.
How do I add?

RIGHT CLICK MY COMPUTER / PROPERTIES / COMPUTER NAME /
CHANGE. Are you a member of DOMAIN OR WORKGROUP? Check
spelling of WORKGROUP. Upper / lower case sensitive.
Are other computers members of the same workgroup with
the EXACT SPELLING? Are they all physically connected
and turned on?
