Adding WebControls in HttpHandlers

Can I add Web controls from HttpHandlers?

say

In Handler's ProcessRequest

ProcessRquest(HttpContext context)
{
TextBox t1 = new TextBox();
I want this control to be rendered ...

}

No. You need to do that in a class derived from Page. Note that Page
implements IHttpHandler...
