Adding vertical text in a label box

I can add vertical text in a list box, but it reads from
top to bottom (you need to be on the left side of the
page), and I want it to read from bottom to top (you read
it from the right side of the page). How do I rotate the
text?

Fred,

I installed RotateLabel.zip on my machine, but do not see
how to use it. Can I make the rotation from the design
screen, and if so, how?
