Adding to startup

I want Groupwise to startup after each loggin. Groupwise client software has
no where in the options to configure that. So How do I manually add to the
windows startup? I know how to delete a startup using msconfig, but need a
little education in adding.

Drag and drop a copy of the shortcut for it into the Start, Programs,
Startup folder.

Place a shortcut to the program in the c:\documents and settings\all
users\start menu\programs\startup folder.
