Adding to "Send To" In vista?

How do you do it?
In Xp I could add shortcuts to the send to directory and of course have them
show up in the send to option when you right click on things. In this over
protective pain in the a** called vista I get an access denied error. I
can't even just open directories like it up to see what's there.

You win the prize for being the one millionth person to have asked this
question, and your prize is .... *drumroll*.....*opens envelope*....

...... an all expenses paid trip to the Google website to see just how it
works!

Start > shell:sendto

Maybe a million people wouldn't have to ask if "Help and Support" included
some info on the subject.

I agree, Nick, however . . .

Personally, the first place I start is Google when I'm trying to find
something like this, as well.

If there isn't a web page that has the answer, Google Usenet archives and it
will almost always be answered there.

All too often questions like this that have been answered already are asked
again and again because the person asking hasn't taken the few moments to
actually look for the answer, simply posting the question without even a
search through the very group they are posting to.

Vista Help and Support is hopeless.

For instance, I select "Help" in Windows Mail, type in a search string
and get items for ALL of windows, not just Mail. Utterly useless.

Google is far better for getting help.

Click Start, type "shell:sendto" and press {ENTER}
(This opens the Send To folder of your user profile)

You can now add or remove shortcuts there.

I have never seen this question asked in this newsgroup before.
I have been browsing this newsgroup for over a year as well.
Maybe I just missed such posts, not having much interest in modifying the
send to.
