Adding to programs

I want to know how I can add templetes to a graphics program. I have tried to
unzip them, It doesn't work.

This would entirely be up to the way the program is written. It has nothing
to do with the XP operating system. Contact the program's tech support
and/or user forums (if there are any) for the answer.

Where did you unzip these templates to? Several programs do not place
there templates in the same folder as the program itself.
