adding tasks to the scheduler via group policy or ad entry?

If I have a program that I want to run on every comp in a network (being the
sys admin) and i dont want to go to all thoes machines one by one, is there
an entry that i can use to add tasks to a schedule so they run every night
at like 9pm when no one is around? thanks
