Adding Signature

I was using the outlook 2003 as default e-mail editor and I changed to use
the Word 2003 from the e-mail options at Outlook. I can't find the icon of
(Sign) to enter my signature whenever I need instead of putting it
automatically. How ca I solve this.

When having Word as your e-mail editor you must have a default signature or
you can't change between signatures. You can easily work around this by
creating a signature that just consists out of spaces or a single dot.

I really wonder why we should have an odd thing in every new option :))
