Go to the web page you want to capture and open the
window full screen; press the "Print Screen" (Prt Sc)
button once; open an image editing program like Photoshop
or Windows Paint; open a new file (it should default to a
size equal to the screen resolution that you're using);
then paste (Cntrol V) and your webpage should paste into
the document. Then save as a .jpg file and "insert from
file" within Powerpoint. You may need to scroll the web
page window to capture what you want.
