Adding programs to other users

How do I get authorization from the administrator of my
computor to add programs to my personalized settings ????
 
Hi,

You will have to ask the administrator to add your name
to the local user settings as administrator of the local
pc. Or else the administrator will have to login every
time to install your progams.
