Adding Pinter to Win 2000 Prof

Recently changed hardrives and reloaded windows 2000 Pro,
now when I try to add a network or any other printer with
Admin. rights, I get "Driver was not installed. Access
denied." Can anyone help? I've check the rights and
everthing seems okay.

Is the Print Spooler running? From the Command Prompt, type:

net start spooler
(and hit enter)

Now try to add it (?them) again.
