Adding Percent Function

In my DB, I have deposits that i would like each time a deposit is entered, 3
percent is added onto this deposit. I have gone into design view of query and
tried to create another field for the expression and looked at the operators
but i do not see the percent sign as one of the operators.How does one go
about adding this operator?

You just use standard math. [Deposit] = [Deposit] * 1.03
