Adding Option Buttons to a Group Box

I need option buttons across six rows. I need the use to
only have one option PER row. Help feature says to place
option buttons into a Group Box but I can't figure out how
to do that. Any suggestions?
 
Use the Forms toolbar.

You'll see a GroupBox icon. Use that to draw your outline around your option
buttons. The option buttons should be from the Forms toolbar, too.

If you used optionbuttons from the control toolbox toolbar, then you can right
click on each button and change each set/group's GroupName.

Show the controltoolbox toolbar and click on the design mode icon. Then right
click on each button and select properties. Then give each set a nice unique
name.
