adding new record

I imported about 30 records to a blank database from Excel. I continued
adding more records to the available blank rows of which there were about 15.
I have more records to enter, but no more blank rows. How do I create more
blank records to continue entering data? The last row says NEW in the first
column (PK column), but I am unable to figure out how to get more blank rows.

Thank you!

Type data into the row that says New. Move off it (tab out of the last field
or click into some previous row)... hey presto, you'll get a NEW New row. You
don't have to "do" anything.

What you were doing was not creating new rows, but instead editing existing
rows which happened to contain NULL values in all their fields. These were
clearly created when you imported the spreadsheet (you probably imported 30
data records and 15 blank records).

You'll find a .test newsgroup, specifically for "working test". Please use
it, because extraneous posts in the actual public newsgroups do interfere
with their usefulness. Thank you for your future consideration.
