Adding network printer on laptop

I have a laptop on my network that will not allow me to
add any network printers. After I click on a printer and
click next I get the following error: "The server on
which the 'printer name'printer resides does not have the
correct printer driver installed. If you want to install
the driver on your local computer, click ok."

All the server drivers are ok because other users are not
having this problem. Any suggestions?

On your printer server go to Printer properties sharing tab and clieck
additional driver there you have to check the option (i.e. you have to
install driver for OS u r running on your laptop i.e if it is NT check
intel NT and 2000 etc)
