adding music

whats the best way to add music to frontpage? I have tried adding wav but the song its too big and it takes long to load. I tried cutting the song to a resanoble size but its too big stil and takes long to load. What are the other forms of music that frontpage2002 support
 
I have tried the windows media Download but I dont see the option insert\windows media? whats missing.
 
The Windows Media Player in FrontPage is an add-in - find it on the
FrontPage add-ins site, install it, and then you will be able to use it
on your site.
