Adding multiple choice field in Outlook contacts

Is this the right place to ask about how I can add a multiple choice button &
field (similar to the categories one) so I can add several info to my
contacts?

Does this require special programming skills?

There is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall"
