Adding Load/Save pic to Buttons

I need to add the new, load, save, delete,, pictures to my buttons.
Where are stored the IDE pictures?
Are in some dll? How can i added to my buttons?
 
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7\Graphics
