Adding into cells of MS Spreadsheet 11.0 Active x

I've added an ms spreadsheet 11.0 activex to my form and want to get data
into a specified cell(s) when a button is pressed. Click a button and a4 =5
or b7 = "howdy". Does anyone know how you would get data into a cell (not
entering it directly)?
