Adding Holidays: Outlook 2000

Hi, I want to add in US holidays into Outlook 2000. The holidays are being
entered, but for 1998 and not beyond. It seems like a pretty straight
forward process, what am I doing wrong?

I did some digging and found a download from Microsoft that addresses this
issue. Please don't spend time answering this post.
