Adding fields

I set up an database for personal information. Initially, I only had room to
add one emergency contact person. I want to add two more. Is it better to
copy/paste from the contact field already created, thereby keeping the same
format, or should I click on the "textbox" within the toolbar to create new
field?

I tried to copy and paste and noted that when I switch over to the actual
form so I can enter the info, the added fields have a #NAME? within the box
and I cannot change/delete it.

Put the new information in your table you use as a source for the form and
then it should show up on the form.
