Adding fields to forms

A

Al@n

Hi

I'm having my first attempt at creating a database and have hit a problem. I
have generated a form(frmAll) based on 2 tables(tblAddress and tblName)

I have added 2 more fields to tblName and would like to add them to frmAll,
however they are not being displayed in the Field List in the Form Design
mode.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the properties of the form, and edit the Record Source so it
contains all the fields you need.

If your people (?names?) have a single address, you probably don't need two
tables.

If your people have multiple addresses, and if you can have more than one
person at the same address, you probably need three tables.

If you'll describe your situation in a bit more detail, folks here may be
able to offer more specific suggestions...
