adding endnotes

For the life of me I can't see how I can insert an endnote (for referencing).
I look in the insert menu for reference but it is not there! This is what
online help has told me to do. Have 2003 powerpoint.
Any answers?

You can automatically insert endnotes in Word, but not in PowerPoint. If you
need them, insert a slide at the end of the presentation and manually type
them in.
