adding div in a contact page

i have two aspx pages ..i need to add one aspx page under a div tag
of another..
i am not able to use iframe for that..then how can i get that...if u
guyshave any idea..pls help me..

Is the second page used for anything other than placing it in the div tag?
What I would probably suggest doing is making the second page into a
UserControl (an *.ascx file). *.aspx pages cannot be placed inside each
other, that is what UserControls are for. If this option does not meet your
needs, than I'm not sure what to tell you.
