Adding Contact Details (birthdays) into Calendar

In earlier versions of Outlook (Office 2003), and birthdays you inpput under
the details in Contacts were automatically added to your calendar.

This is apparently no longer automatic in Outlook (Office) 2007.

How can I change that so I don't have to input dozens of calendar entries?
