Adding CD Music to Slide show

Hi,

I have a slide show with about 100 slides with a 5 second
delay (about 8-9 minute show). Can I add music from a CD
to the slide show so that music plays during all slides?
Right now, if I add a song to the show, it will play the
entire song during slide 1, and then go to slide 2.

Or is my only option to something like media player to
play the CD in the background.
