adding back leading zero's in a zip code

How do I add leading zeros back to a column of zip codes?
Zip codes brought in from another database and when doing
text to columns, leading zeros are removed. Need to do
text to columns to be able to use column in a vlookup on
another spreadsheet. I though there was a function called
Lpad, Rpad to add back the zeros.

000000000000 for as many 0's as desired (to 15)
