Adding Audio

L

Leslie

Hello! I am making my first movie, and everything was going wonderful until
it was time to add the background music. I am trying to use a song off
iTunes and cannot get the software to import it. I tried burning it to a CD
and importing it that way, but no luck. Can someone help me with this?
Thank you for your time!

After burning the CD...did you use Windows
Media Player to RIP the CD with .wma as the
target format? (.wma is compatible with Movie
Maker)

Also...have a look at the following article:

Movie Maker 2 - Importing Audio

(look at the right column under PapaJohn Comments)

And also, did you burn your CD as an audio CD? or data CD?

For this to work as John mentions, you must burn your CD as an audio CD.

I thought I burned it as an audio. Music is half the fun of the video, and
as I read it appears to be a challenge for many. Thank you for your ideas
and for sharing possible solutions!
