My outlook will not allow me to add my Google email account or my Yahoo!mail

By first telling us things like what version of Outlook you're running, what
steps you're trying and how it fails.

I'm running on Outlook 2007.
I am attempting to add an account by going under actions, options, accounts,
and add new account. I will get all of my Yahoo! information into the field,
and it configures, then once it's time for me to actually put my password
into the pop up box it doesn't accept it and just keeps popping back up.
And my Google account cannot even configure or confirm.

"will not allow"
That was supposed to actually convey something to others?
Does a fork come out of the screen and poke you in the eye?

For Yahoo Mail, do you have a paid account which gives you access to
their POP/SMTP mail hosts? Free accounts don't get access and you're
stuck using their webmail agent (or trying to get YahooPOPs to work).

For Gmail, did you follow their instructions in their web help pages on
how to configure your account to enable POP access? Unless you enable
POP access, you don't get it.

Part of my Google Account has transferred over into Outlook but for some
reason I can not get the rest of my email. I have it set to receive all
emails but only have the 4 first ones I've ever received.

Define "won't allow me". What happens? Does a hand come forth from the
screen and grab your mouse so you can't use it?

Unless you pay for your Yahoo account, Yahoo doesn't allow POP access to the
yahoo.com domain.

Have you set up the Google account as a POP account or ads an IMAP account?

I have enabled both POP and IMAP for the accounts.
Added both of them to the Outlook program.
When I added POP, I only got 4 emails.
When I added IMAP, nothing happened.

Google's mail server is non-standard. Unless you go to the gmail POP
settings web page and tell gmail to download all your existing messages, it
won't.

For Gmail, and when using their webmail interface to access your
account, and when looking under the POP/IMAP and Forwarding settings,
just *WHAT* options did you enable there?

For Yahoo Mail, you have yet to announce whether you are trying to
connect to a free or paid account.

Have you ever been able to connect to a Yahoo mailbox from Outlook (or any
client but the web)? Do they still work?

Ok, this needs a bit more info. Are you trying to create a pop3 or an IMAP4
connection to Google? How can it 'not configure'?

I paid for my Yahoo mail account, but MS Office Outlook 2007 will not send
out my outgoing messages. I clicked on the Yahoo email and clicked Repair in
Office Outlook and everything went ok, but it will not send out my messages.
Any suggestions?

How about starting a new thread for your DIFFERENT problem to the OP rather
than hijacking this thread?

Gee, I apologize for hijacking. Maybe I should shoot myself and leave a note
that Gordon yelled at a disabled veteran because he has organic brain damage
and that I should never bother you people again.

What's a disabled veteran got to do with it? For your information I'm a
British Army veteran. So what?

Any error messages? Are you authenticating correctly with the Yahoo server?
Tools, Accounts, select the yahoo account, click Change, then More
settings - check the outgoing server tab.
