Adding address book to "exceptions folder"

Is there a way to copy all addresses in my address book to the Exceptions
list rather than laboriously entering each one?
I'm using Outlook 2002.

I have been using the Junk Mail Folder and just figured out where the
Exceptions List is and would like to add the trusted addresses in my the
Outlook Address Book or Contacts en mass to the Exceptions List.

I'd suggest looking into a third-party antispam program, personally. It will
be a lot easier to manage. See www.cloudmark.com for a nice one.
