Adding a white border to print on colored paper

Is there any way to add a border to a slide that will print white on colored
paper when the slide is printed?

Is there any way to add a border to a slide that will print white on colored
paper when the slide is printed?

Can your printer print white? There are a few that can but they're rare,
special-purpose devices. If the printer can't do it, no software package on
earth can make change that.
