Adding a web cam to a page?

Hi,

Is there a way to do this? I have a local usb camera, and I would like to
plop it on a page and serve it.

This is a good start. I posted the question about the ActiveX control because
I would like to incorporate something like this into an ASP.NET app. Any
ideas?
