Adding a resource at compile time

Hi, im making a freeware setup program. Im wondering if it is possible to add
a resource (such as a file with information for the app to use) then compile
the source code, all automatically? thanks
 
Iwdu,

You can using the deployment and setupproject (not in the Express version).
Be aware that you cannot have in future (vista) your files in the program
files folders.
