Adding a Popup note to an Excel 2000 cell.

On one of the very recent newsletters there was a tip on how to add
Popup note to an Excel 2000 cell when you click on the cell only.

I have searched all over & have not been able to find it.

I tried the Insert a Comment & that is not it.


Anybody knows how to do it?

I found the answer, so here it is.

Those are input messages, created by choosing Data>Validation, Input
Message tab
