Adding a newsgroup to Outlook 2007

How do I add a newsgroup (like this Outlook newsgroup) to Outlook 2007.
(I am using Microsoft Mail now)

You don't, unless you purchase a third-party NNTP transport for it.
Natively, Outlook has always used Outlook Express (and now Vista's Mail).
