Adding a new record

Hi, I want to be able to click on a button and have a form open, linking to a
table/query that already has records in it but for all the fields to be blank
so I can directly enter fresh information. There's a button in the navigation
bar at the bottom but I want to hide it so people can't alter existing data.

Help!

There's a property for the form called "Data Entry". You can also hide the
Navigation via the form's properties.
