adding a date popup box

Hi,

is it possible: instead of writing a date manualy in a cell, to open
combo box (pop up) and choose the date ? can i do that in excel ?

I've used your website in the past & it is extremely helpful. However, I'm
stuck on how to create the date popup box in Excel 2003. I do not have
Access, so I can't do an "Insert-Object" Calendar Control. I can add the
calendar control 8.0 to the toolbox though. How exactly would I go about
adding a popup calendar to a range of cells in my worksheet?
