Adding a Cripped Microsoft Word Doc to another Microsoft Word Doc

I am trying to take a word doc that is cripped small and add to another word
doc as a picture (add on).

Thanks for your help.

I assume you mean "cropped" but you can't crop a Word document. How did you
crop it?
