adding a contact from the calendar...

adding a contact from the calendar..

my "point of entry" is often in the calendar..

a new prospect calls for an appointemen
i go to my calendar and check for an open date and tim
i then take the prospects name, address, phone, etc

i would like to place this info in my contacts folder (for future reference).

?what is the best way to do this...

Create a new appointment and customize your Toolbar to add the button for a
new Contact to your Toolbar.

I've placed the button for a new Contact next to the Invite Attendees button
