Addin Issues

I have an addin that I am using in my workbook. I am not
the only one using this workbook though. It is also going
to be used by perhaps 10 other people in the organisation.

Each time I get it working on my machine, it breaks on
someone elses. Then when I go and fix it there and come
back to my machine to reopen the file, it is now broken on
mine.

I am at a total loss as t ohow to fix this...have searched
the net and still not come up with any solutions. Any
suggestions or ideas at this point would be very greatly
appreciated. Thanks
