Added items to toolbars disappear

You have to save the template or the document that contains the
modifications (and incidentally you are probably better creating a custom
toolbar for your additions). If you have Acrobat 7 (the full version) see

Thanks for that help, but where do I get to the AutoExec to enter the Sub
AutoExec. Sorry you are talking to someone that does not know alot about the
computer.
 
If you have Acrobat 7, you don't need access to the macros - see the last
section of the reported link. If you have any other version of Acrobat, this
is not the cause of your problem. You have some other add-in that is
interfering with Word. See
