add world cup fixtures into outlook

how can i add the world cup fixtures into my Microsoft Outlook easily???
 
Which version of Outlook?
Outlook 2007 supports Internet Calendars and there is one on the Word Cup
fixtures that is accessible. Try "Browse Calendars Online" in the Navigation
Pane when a Calendar folder is selected if using 2007.
 
http://www.calendar-updates.com should have the schedule.
