When I wont add users from AD 2000 Server to Win XP Pro, I see only location on current computer, but I can't change location to AD !

One common cause of this problem is that the XP member
of the AD domain is not configured to use _only_ the DNS
servers that support the AD. This is in the Tcp/Ip config
of the XP client.

Yes, you are right

But when I up ip adress DC before ip my DNS-server, some programm can't resolve host-dns querry.
(sorry for my english :)

In an uplevel domain machines _must_ be allowed to
use _only_ DNS servers that can resolve names in the
DNS zones that support the Active Directory.
No others, not first in list, not second, not last.

If you loose some DNS functionality when using only
the correct DNS servers, then those DNS servers are
not correctly configured.
