add translation languages (2003)

hey folks.

i have a hebrew enabled Office (english interface)
but i cant find the option to translate from English to Hebrew (and visa
verca), only French, Chinese etc...
I recall having this option in Office 2000.

is there a way to have this enabled for 2003?

Hebrew translation tools come with Hebrew Office, or you can get them in the
Proofing Tools Kit. Check out

My Office IS a Hebrew office (as far as i know! - or at least hebrew enabled!)
but for some reason, i cant find the option to activate translation Hebrew
to English
