Add to Favourites

I am looking for anyone with knowledge!!

I am trying to insert an add to favourites link to my web,
www,whereiswhatonline.com, but not too sure of the programming for this as I
am a novice to say the least! (but getting better!)
Anyone help me out Pleeeease!
