add to date

I need help on how to get a code or function to add 3 years to dates in an
excel doc. For example take todays date and add 3 years to get 10/02/2012
automatically.

=DATE(YEAR(A1)+3, MONTH(A1), DAY(A1))

Just be careful of Leap Years.
