add spell check support to XML docs in FrontPage

I find it frustrating that the spell check option does not work for XML
documents.

if I open an XML file with the XML editor, I can use the validate XML
option, but I cannot use spell check.

if I open an XML file with the HTML editor, I can use spell check, but I
cannot use validate XML.

as I wrote in my original post, spell check works for XML documents opened
with the HTML editor. it simply ignores tags.
