Add sender to Contacts

Is there a way to get Outlook 2002 to "add a sender to Contacts"?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately for me, it is about 40,000 feet above
my skill level. I located a reference labeled "Safe Address Book wrapper"
but I was unable to locate anything labeled "SafeOutlookLibrary" as
suggested in the article.

I am not a programmer and I think I have reached the limits of what I am
comfortable tinkering with.

I will add the Contacts manually.

If you right click the sender's email address in a message you receive from
them, you will have that option.
